Responsibilities Answer, direct, support, and resolve incoming calls Make OUTBOUND calls to customers (not cold calls) Schedule, review, and confirm appointments for service, repair, plumbing, sales, etc.

Qualifications Ability to perform work on-site.
This is not a remote position 1-2 years of CALL CENTER experience Telecommunications experience/phone skills High proficiency in typing skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, and complete all required data entry prior to finishing the call High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Joining our team comes with perks to support you in your personal and professional journey.
