We are seeking for a person that has construction background and wants to work on the construction site in the project office for the PM; Superintendent and Quality Control officer.
Ideal candidate should know how to read blueprints and familiar with large scale construction jobs.
Job will consist of writing reports, editing field information, filing and distributing documents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Organize files and documents.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Manage databases and spreadsheets.
Assist with research projects.
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
