Korum Automotive Group is looking for a Service Support Specialist to join our team to enhance the customer experience in the Ford and Hyundai Service Departments.
This position is responsible for assisting customers by answering incoming calls, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, or routing to an appropriate team member.
Makes follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure quality service satisfaction.
Responsible for coordinating the completion of deliverables we-owe to customers and internal repair orders which may include ordering parts, repair order write-up, vendor scheduling, and customer notification.
Process payments for the service department.
Assists with warranty and insurance claim documentation and processing.
Accepts payments for the service department.
Pay Range:
$15.
90 to $20.
57 per hour Desired Skills:
