The Director of Nursing is responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations.
Duties include:
Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the staff of caregiver's and med aides.
Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing services.
Conduct assessments for initial move-in and on-going of current residents.
Experience in Senior Living and understanding of Washington regulations is required.
Successful candidate must have LPN or RN degree; and be licensed for Washington state if interested please respond to this ad with a cover letter and current resume.
