Full Job Description Cannabis Grower/Gardener We are a Tier-3 cannabis producer/processor seeking a highly motivated, passion-driven individual to add to our Cultivation Team! At Lifted Cannabis Company we strive to consistently provide top shelf/premium cannabis products to the I-502 recreational market.

We are looking for dedicated and goal-oriented individuals, with good communication skills, who enjoy working in a team environment to accomplish the tasks at hand.
POSITION
Summary:
Perform all the tasks in the grow including cleaning, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal and inventory management.
Experience:
? Have I-502 experience preferred.
? Legally able to work in the state of Washington State.
? 21 years of age or older ? Physical aptitude is necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Operational ? Assist grow team in excuting daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
? Assist with marijuana plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs.
? Assist plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep garden green and expenses low.
? Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
? Daily cleaning of personal workspace as well as the group workspace as necessary ? All employees will be actively participating in daily sanitation practices.
