We have a great team and are looking to hire an additional Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented, personable on phones and in person, can handle the pressures of multi-phone lines, has top-notch customer service, extremely tech-savvy, can work well with others, and can manage time and tasks with little error.
This is a full time position, approximately 36.
5 hours/week, and will back up the front desk to answer phones, handle voice mails, schedule and greet new clients, schedule meetings with medical facilities, and support the office with a multitude of other daily tasks.
This candidate must be highly professional, upbeat and helpful with exceptional communication skills in person, on the phone and via email.
We are looking for someone with the finesse to handle all aspects of this position with poise, patience and kindness.
The ideal candidate would have 3 years or more of administrative assistant experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
