We're in search of a hotel front desk manager that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer.
You'll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met, the general operations of the hotel, and assisting with marketing/ales.

Responsibilities:
Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as neededLead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they're providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policiesInteract with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaintsCompile occupancy reports and financial information for the general managero Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are cleaned up to standardso Assist with hotel marketing and sales
Qualifications:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this positionShowcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skillsBookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plusAbout Company:
