Responsibilities:
Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly Presents the benefits of trading in their vehicle for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Confirms appointments Expedites dispatch vehicles Washes vehicles, paying good attention to detail Assists customers on the Service Drive Assists the Service Consultants Other duties may be assigned Service Greeter - Job Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills - we are looking for a very friendly and conversational 'people person' No previous automotive experience is necessary A positive attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail Energetic and works well in a fast-paced environment Must work well independently and as part of a team Ability to work outdoors and be physically active for extended periods of time Position entails frequent standing bending, stooping and moving Goal-oriented and persistent with effective time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record High School diploma or equivalent Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.
