00 DOE JOB SUMMARYTuning, mounting and repairing of ski and snowboard equipment.
Maintain demo fleets.
Maintain shop equipment.
Provide high standards of service.
Customer service point of sale transactions.
Responsible for cleanliness of work area and maintaining correct till and cash drops.
Maintaining proper inventory levels on Ski and Snowboard Bindings and Parts.
Works with Rental Manager to order shop supplies/inventory including purchasing & receiving inventory.
Is responsible for shops successes and failures, including Employee, Financial and customer feedback.
The Tune & Repair Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of up to 6 staff.
You will need the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality while assisting guests with all aspects of the Tune process.
You will be responsible for learning about all the products being sold and making product suggestions.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & DUTIES The position will need a strong business acumen to evaluate business needs and to prioritize work.
To successfully manage your team, you will need a strong dedication to the guest experience, the staff, and the ability to drive the team's success through analytics and benchmarking.
Continual use of KPI's to make business and staffing decisions is critical.
Reaches financial targets and runs reports to measure success.
The Tune and Repair Supervisor must be able to train the team in all tasks and duties including machinery maintenance, staffing, equipment adjustments, use of POS etc.
Responsible for recording sales and transactions on a cash register and providing general customer assistance for Rental equipment and Retail sales.
Efficiency and organizational skills are a must for this fast-paced environment.
Maintains a clean work environment at all times.
Job Requirements:

years Tuning experience Passes all ski binding and machinery certifications (certifications will be provided) Be Knowledgeable about our products and inventory Maintains Rental & Demo Skis and Snowboards board fleet Accuracy of cash handling Always maintain a clean and tidy work area Training of technicians in tuning and Mounting of Skis and Snowboards Handles customer issues and responsible for shop NPS scores Pre-season ordering and inventory management PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires us to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Auditory and visual acuity to operate heavy machinery, computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
