Crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages.
Engaging with customers, offering menu recommendations, and answering queries.
Efficiently taking and processing orders with detail to the customers' preferences.
Keeping our stand clean and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Assisting in food preparation in our caf /drive-thru setting.
Managing stock levels, inventory, and addressing any maintenance needs.
Collaborating with the team on daily tasks, scheduling, and providing feedback on customer preferences and menu suggestions.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Previous experience working as a Barista.
A valid Food Handlers permit and Driver's License.
Familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
A knack for problem-solving and understanding sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
Strong mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high school diploma, with relevant training and management experience considered a plus.
An ability to remember regular customers' orders and gauge new customers' preferences.
Additional Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of Barista experience.
Food Handler Certification is preferred but not required initially.
