However, we continue to grow as a practice, and we are now looking for a sixth assistant.
We have hours Monday to Friday treating patients 8 to 5.
We have an office in Tacoma and in Puyallup.
We are looking for a chairside surgical assistant.
We want to be overstaffed to offer balance to are already hard working team members for work life balance and ultimately we will have both of our offices open on the same days as we are growing year after year.
We are looking for a type A experience superstar with at least 3 years of dental assisting experience.
The pay scale highest around with immediate opportunities for bonuses from 1k to 4k based on coming on as a lead assistant, running a column of patients independently and taking on responsibilities such as inventory management, ordering, letters to referring dentists, and other clinical management tasks.

especially if you can type over 40 words per minute (we are a paperless all digital office) and love helping people and having fun.
What you will be responsible for:
Assist dentist with common dental periodontal procedures such as (extractions, implants, sinus lifts, biopsies, soft tissue grafts) Must be able to take accurate radiographs Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed Keep sterilization room clean and well-stocked Maintain autoclaves and units Provide compassion and understanding to all patients Coordinate treatment with patient and communication with referring dentist Be ready to have the best time of your life!
