We are currently recruiting for a Work Order Coodinator to be part of our team.
JOB SUMMARY:Directly responsible dispatching all work orders for the region, providing daily communication with the Service Technicians.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receives and reviews work orders
Dispatches and closes all service work orders and projects
Dispatches all roll-out work orders to the scheduled date list in the work order
Communicates with both internal and external customers providing instructions to the technicians, estimated travel time, estimated work time, material and equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements
Provides follow up with Technicians to provide timely responses and completion of all work orders and projects
Communicates with Technicians while on-site on any potential issues or problems with the work order
Places calls in the correct status
Reviews "Hold for Re-Dispatch": reports throughout the day
Other Duties as assigned
Required Experience:
Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
Ability to multitask (using several screens and browsers and the same time, talk on the phone while navigating the system)
Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and paraphrase data
Ability to browse the internet and also use the internal systems and websites for our customers
Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
Ability to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electric's systems. (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices etc, emails)
Ability to use office equipment (ie: fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
