Routine facility maintenance duties including plant electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC and air exchange systems, facility structural maintenance, and compressed air systems and water farm systems.
Develop monitoring systems which will evaluate the health of facility maintenance.
Coordinate all preventative maintenance systems through in plant labor and outside services.
Plant project work including assisting with implementation of corporate projects, assisting with data collection initiatives as it relates to corporate requests and executing plant task assignments in the areas that are in need of evaluation and task corrective action.
Some travel involved on an as needed basis.
Bachelor's Degree. Master's preferred
2 - 4 years of experience in the field and/or position
Good organization and planning skills
Experience managing and working with contractors
Hands on technical capability, but good communication skills to delegate assignments
Experience reading and understanding blue prints, electrical schematics, and technical documents
Experience negotiating with suppliers
Licensed to practice in California
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
