Job Responsibilities: In this key role, the Regional Account Manager is responsible for selling merchant payment processing solutions. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners, Carte Blanche, Gift Cards, Debit, ATM, Electronic Benefits Transfer, Check Processing, Credit Card Terminals, ATM Machines, Cash Advance Products, and other products and services as they are added to the product suite.
You will have the opportunity to partner with banks, credit unions, various associations, VAR's, ISO's and other partners to position our products and services to customers through their marketing channels.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
o Presenting and selling products and solutions to merchant prospects
o Maintain and establish relationships with assigned bank partners
o Networking with outside referral sources and potential customer base in addition to cold calling to get additional referrals
o Completing any required paperwork for new customers

Qualifications & Job Requirements that we look for but are not a necessary requirement and keys to success in our industry include:
Strong sales skills, relationship building skills, self-motivation, extreme drive and desire to succeed, communication, and customer service skills, creativity, persistence, and the ability to handle anything that may come your way.
Basic Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma
2. One year of Work Experience in Banking, Sales or any Customer Service environment is preferred
3. Possess a valid driver's license and transportation
4. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
5. Have access to a computer and printer with printing, copying and scanning abilities
6. Be able to represent the BanCard Alliance in a Professional and Positive Image
7. Have the ability to be trained and coached Preferred Skills/Experience
In time, the right candidate will learn the following as it pertains to the merchant services industry thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organizational operation best practices - Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills - Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues - Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Relationship Building Ability - Self-Driven and Motivated - Requires little direct supervision - Hunter & Entrepreneurial Mindset

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
